All active members of IACMR can now download electronic
version of the articles in Management and Organization
Review, free of charge on the Blackwell Synergy website
as part of their subscription to MOR through membership
in IACMR. This free download is no longer available to
those who are not paid members of IACMR.
Please follow these instructions to register for online
access to Management and Organization Review. You only
need to use these instructions once and you will then be
able to access Management and Organization Review online
through Blackwell Synergy.
Instructions for Setting up MOR Account:
For first time registration please go to
www.blackwell-synergy.com and follow these
instructions:
1. Click on 'Register' at the top of the page.
2. Complete the registration page (remembering your
choice of Username and Password for later).
3. Your name will now appear at the top of the homepage
and you can go straight to "activation" as described
below.
For activation (some screen shots provided):
1. In any page of MOR
or Blackwell Synergy, click on the ‘My
Synergy’ button at the top of the page.
2. Click on the
‘Access’ tab.
3. In the Offer Code
box, enter your Offer Code: IACMR and click "Continue".
4. You will then be
asked to agree to the terms and conditions, select "I
agree"
5. In the Last Name
box, enter your member ID instead of your name (e.g.
99999, must be five digits)
6. In the Member Id
box, enter your member ID (e.g. 99999)
7. If you forget your IACMR membership ID, please click
on "forgot
IACMR membership ID" and your membership ID will be
sent to your email address on file with IACMR.
8. Click ‘Continue’.
9. Your subscriptions will now be listed on the Journals
tab. You can access your journal(s) from here or
directly from the Synergy homepage.
The next time you want to access MOR online, you can
just login with your registered Email and password in
Blackwell Synergy, and you can enjoy MOR online.
