This profession development workshop is specially designed for doctoral students or junior faculty members whose primary research interests focus on studying OB/HRM issues in China using survey research. The workshop includes two two-hour sessions, led by Dr. Jiing-Lih Farh and Dr. Kenneth Law. The speakers will share with the audience about their experiences of China-based survey research on two main topics: a) how to construct valid survey research instruments; and b) how to design survey research.
