SUBMISSION GUIDELINE to Electronic Submission

Innovation and Change in Chinese Organizations

Submission System will be opening at Sept 15, 2009


This submission guideline will guide you through the electronic submission process. Please read carefully and prepare your submissions accordingly.

Paper Preparation
Please be aware that no author information or information that allows reviewers to identify an author is allowed in the paper you are to submit.
You will be entering author information in the web interface. You should include the name, affiliation, email address, and contact phone number for each author.

You can select only ONE corresponding author for each paper in the web submission system. Decision notification will be sent to this corresponding author.

There are four tracks in the conference. Each paper can be submitted to one track only. The tracks are English Macro, English Micro, Chinese Macro, and Chinese Micro.

Areas and Keywords
You should select at least one but at most three keywords in each of the following areas:

- Broad Content Areas : Business Policy and Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, International Business and Management, Organization and Management Theory, Organizational Behavior, Public and Non-profit Organizations

- Specific Content Areas : Careers, Competitive Strategy, Conflict Management, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics, Corporate Strategy, Creativity, Cross-cultural Management, Diversity in Organizations, Foreign Direct Investment, Groups and Teams, Guanxi and Network, Individual Charateristics, Innovation, Leadership, Motivation Multinational Corporation (MNC), Organization Culture, Organization Development and Change, Technology and Knowledge Management

- Methodology Areas : ANOVA/ MANOVA Analysis, Archival Coding, Case Study, Content or Text Analysis, Ethnography, Interview Method, Multi-level Analysis, Panel Data Analysis, Regression Approach, Structural Equation Models

You should submit your manuscripts through the online system that would open on September 15, 2009. Please follow the instructions below to get into the submission system.

3. Login to the system if you have registered before. If not, please register a new account
4. After you log in, please click the "New Manuscript Submission" and follow the on-screen instructions to start the submission
