to finalize papers for submission to leading management journals like

publication in MOR (or some other leading management journal). The
applicants will receive information on whether or not the paper has been
accepted for inclusion in the workshop on April 10 at the latest. Once
an applicant has been accept, the paper will be sent to one or two
mentors who will prepare comments on how to further develop the paper.
The mentors will consist of a team of scholars who have been successful
publishing in leading international journals.
The workshop will be structured as follows. First, there will be a
presentation by Professor Anne Tsui (editor in chief, MOR). Second, the
participants will be divided into groups in each of which three papers
will be discussed in a 2h 15 min session. Towards the end of the
session, the participants will caucus for some 10-15 minutes to compile
