| Executive Director —Zhijun (Jun) Yao |

Zhijun Yao is Executive Director of IACMR. She is responsible for overseeing the operations of the association and its China Office, managing its ongoing programs, working with officers on the development strategies of the association and sustainable growth of membership, and providing general support and assistance to the elected officers and various association committees. She is based in China Office located in Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in Beijing.
Zhijun Yao used to be a lecturer of the University of International Business & Economics and a business manager with China International Trust and Investment Corporation. Her most relevant work experience comes from her career as Head of Beijing office of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a global professional accountancy organization. Holding the position for nearly 13 years, she developed the ACCA Beijing office from scratch to a team of 15 staff and made a significant and invaluable contribution to ACCA in building its reputation, influence and size in Beijing and China.

| Conference & Program Manager — Nan (Nancy) Zhang |

Nan Zhang is Conference and Program Manager of IACMR. She will mainly be in charge of event planning and organization: biennial conferences, mini-conferences and workshops, networking events and seminars. She will also help executive director in IACMR membership promotion and development.
Nan Zhang graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a bachelor degree in software engineering. Then she spent 3.5 years in the US and obtained the master degree of software architecture and networking from the School of Computing and Engineering of the University of Missouri in 2006. Her first two jobs were related to the software and applications. Her most recent job was Internship Program Instructor and Coordinator with IES Beijing Center (IES – Institute for International Education of Students, a US non-for-profit organization based in Chicago). She organized and taught internship seminar classes and coordinated the customized programs with IES.

| Membership Services Coordinator—Lin (Irene) Zhang |

Lin (Irene) Zhang is the Membership Services Coordinator of IACMR and works at the China Office located in the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. She graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Irene is primarily responsible for daily management of IACMR membership, maintaining and updating the membership database, communicating with membership at-large, and keeping track of membership development. She also manages the IACMR Chinese website and the daily operation of IACMR.

| Webmaster-Red Ng |

Red Ng currently serves as the Webmaster for IACMR. He is a graduate student in the Master Program of Computer Studies, Arizona State University. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies in City University of Hong Kong in 2002. Prior to moving to US, he worked as a software engineer and network administrator for the Salvation Army and the Hong Kong government.
Red is in charge of maintaining the IACMR website to ensure its accuracy, professionalism, and high functionality. He developed the on-line submission and review systems for the conference and workshops, manages membership database, and communicates with membership at-large with regard to all IACMR-related Activities.

| MOR Managing Editor-Tina Minchella |

Tina Minchella is the current Managing Editor of Management and Organization Review, working in the U.S. office at Arizona State University since February 2010. She holds a Master’s degree in History from Arizona State University and has completed coursework in Scholarly Publishing and Editing as well. Tina has also served as a copy editor and editorial assistant for a number of scholarly journals from diverse academic disciplines.
Tina currently coordinates the submission and review processes for the journal by communicating with and helping organize authors, reviewers, and editors. She also works with publisher Wiley-Blackwell in the production of each issue of MOR. In addition, Tina serves as a content and copy editor for MOR manuscripts at multiple stages throughout the course of acceptance and publication.
